For any items that do not meet your expectations, please complete the following steps:

• Take a picture of the item, showing the problem or area of concern. 

• Email the picture and a description of the problem to; randombitesofasweetlife@gmail.com

• Receive an email response within 24 hours.

• Both the picture and description are required in order for a refund to be granted.
